Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Hanubytes, we strive to offer a transparent and student-friendly refund process.

  1. Cancellation by User: You may cancel your enrollment and request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:
  • You have accessed less than 10% of the course content.
  • You have not received a certificate or downloaded course material.

  1. Refund Process: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
  2. Cancellation by Hanubytes: In the event a course is canceled or postponed by Hanubytes due to technical issues or low enrollment, you will receive a full refund or the option to enroll in another course of equal value.
  3. Non-Refundable Situations:
  • After 7 days from purchase
  • If more than 10% of the course is completed
  • If certification has been issued
